- Managed multiple schools with 300+ devices in their fleet, using both Jamf Pro/ School and Microsoft Intune to push remote commands
UrSafeRite - Ecommerce Product Manager (July 2022 - January 2025)
- Programmed an internal automation tool for data entry, reducing total time spent per product upload by a minimum of 30%
- Completed the upload of over 1000 products in the catalogue that hadn’t been put online previously
- Generated size guide pages across 15 applicable brands
- Accelerated the integration of products from D2C to B2B, successfully increasing the catalogue by over 150 products

Aktreum Building Designers - Client (2024)
- Spearheaded the design and development of their portfolio site, restoring functionality from its previously unusable state
- Developed a custom theme specific to client’s needs and specifications
- Handled integration of 100 images with all relevant SEO optimisations
- Performed ongoing maintenance and support of site, including repair of obscure bugs in cPanel. As well as 2 further adjustments requested by client to the homepage
- Produced handover documentation for client to refer to in future. Reducing customer support requests by 80%
- Implemented form submission functionality using alternative providers than originally planned, saving $100 in annual subscriptions
Vpply - 3 Month Internship (2023)
- Independently designed the front-end of the employer dashboard within the 3- month internship window
- Developed the brand identity and guidelines in a team of 3 designers
